Ozler, wracked by hallucinations and sleeplessness, takes the assistance from his junior SI Divya Sreedharan and Sijo T Venu. A series of murders-both killers, one in the pickup truck, and other one in a surgeon dress-left cryptic notes where they committed the crime, were to be solved. Shivakumar, Selvaraj, a retired police surgeon Xavi Punnoose, and Alexander Joseph were friends and PG batchmates and are heard to have got involved in an accident after which they went their different ways. Krishnadas is caught while he kidnaps Alexander. However, even when Krishnadas is in the custody of Ozler, Xavi is kidnapped. When the truth unfolds, it is known that the real Alexander is an entirely different person. After Alexander makes the first cut on Xavi’s body to kill him, he is arrested.
