In a statement, police said that after an emergency crew responded to a call in the upscale neighborhood of Palermo on Wednesday, they found Payne’s body. They were informed about a man behaving aggressively and possibly intoxicated by drugs and alcohol. The statement recorded that when they arrived at the hotel, the manager reported he had heard a loud noise from the inner courtyard and the police found that a man had fallen from the balcony of his room. 

Audio received from the Buenos Aires Ministry of Security has an employee calling and asking for police assistance. According to the worker, when the guest was conscious, he was destroying the entire room, creating a situation that required immediate assistance. They felt it was a threat to his life, especially since his room had a balcony.

Investigation and Reports

Policemen, on Thursday, in Buenos Aires, said preliminary autopsy results show Liam Payne death cause, i.e., external and internal bleeding injuries. According to investigators, police inspected the area where Payne fell and found items, including alcohol, a phone, a lighter, a notebook, and a passport. Besides, medication was also found in his room. They added – the evidence indicates that the musician was alone at the time of the fall, and there were no injuries that suggest the involvement of a third party.

Additionally, investigators collected evidence and fingerprints, and they inspected the room’s balcony. Furthermore, the police took five statements that night: three from hotel employees and two from women who had been in the room with Payne earlier that day but were not present when the One Direction star Liam Payne dies after balcony fall.

The Family of Liam Payne

Liam Payne came into the world on 29 August 1993, in the Heath Town area of Wolverhampton, West Midlands, England. His parents were Karen Payne, an infant nurse, and Geoff Payne, a fitter. Liam had two older sisters: Nicola, and Ruth Payne. 

He was born three weeks before his due date and was prone to frequent illnesses. Liam Payne underwent regular tests at the hospital since he was just four years old. The doctors discovered during the examination that one of his kidneys was scarred and dysfunctional.
